Who we're looking for

  • • In-home or B2C sales experience - doors, windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, kitchens, or similar
  • • You can run a sit-down with a homeowner and ask for the sale
  • • Garage door knowledge is a plus, not a requirement - we train you
  • • A vehicle, a driver license, and a smartphone

How it works

  • • We generate the leads and set the appointments
  • • You measure, ask questions, and show real options - good, better, best
  • • We warranty the job; licensed installers install it
  • • Diagnose first. No manufactured urgency, no pressure tactics

Pay

  • • Independent contractor (1099)
  • • Commission: a percentage of each door you sell
  • • We'll walk you through the commission on the first call. We don't print made-up income figures.
  • • Bonus when you complete your first 30 days - details on the first call
  • • Referral bonus for a closer you bring who stays 30 days - details on the first call
